This is a 4 year degree program. This course provides an introduction to the principles and applications of food engineering, with a focus on the physical, chemical, and biological processes involved in food production and preservation. Students will learn about the latest technologies and techniques used in the food industry, including processing, packaging, and storage. Throughout the course, students will gain hands-on experience with various food engineering tools and technologies. Students will also participate in group discussions and presentations to gain a deeper understanding of the practical applications of food engineering principles.
